摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下两种手术治疗慢性泪囊炎的手术效果。方法回顾性分析我科鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术与鼻内镜辅助下泪道扩张引流管植入术,对两组的手术效果进行比较。结果鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的总有效率82.7%,鼻内镜辅助下泪道扩张引流管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎的总有效率82.8%,两组相比无差异。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术与鼻内镜辅助下泪道扩张引流管植入不改变泪道生理结构,可重复手术,是目前治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种较好的方法。
Objective To discuss the effects of two methods in treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Analyzed retrospectively of endoscopic rhinodacrystostomy with lacromal drainage tube implantation by nasal endoscope and compared the effects of the two methods. Results The total effective rate of endoscopic rhinodacrystostomy was 82.7 %, the total effective rate of lacromal drainage tube implantation by nasal endoscope was 82.8 %. There was no significant difference between the two treatment for chronic dacryocystitis. Conclusions Lacromal drainage tube implantation by nasal endoscope can not change the physiological structure of lacrimal duct and can be repeated on one patient, so it is the best way for chronic dacryocystitis at present.
