目的分析中药注射剂成分的复杂性、未知性、不可预测性造成中药注射剂不良反应的问题。方法查阅中药注射剂相关文献,从药材质量、药物配伍、生产工艺、辅料、质量标准、稳定性、代谢性等方面分析中药注射剂的不良反应。结果中药注射剂的成分具有复杂性、未知性、不可预测性,导致中药注射剂不良反应的发生。结论中药注射剂在使用过程中存在不良反应,应引起重视。
