摘要
为了探讨在饲料中添加单味药对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,并与前期试验进行比较,试验选210只58周龄蛋鸡,随机均分7组。将单味药黄芪、单味药当归分别以0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的剂量添加在基础日粮中,饲喂6个试验组鸡群,最后1个组为空白对照组,仅饲喂基础日粮。连续给药15 d。观察各组每天的生产性能指标;于试验第8、15、22、30 d各组每个重复随机选取2枚鸡蛋,测定鸡蛋品质。结果表明:Ⅲ组对高龄蛋鸡的产蛋率和日产蛋量,与对照组比较有明显提高,差异显著(P<0.05)。其余添加组与对照组差异不大(P>0.05)。结果提示,单味药对高龄蛋鸡生产性能与蛋品质的作用效果不及中药复方。
To discuss the effects of two groups of single herb on production performance and egg quali- ty of aged laying hens and then compared the effects with the previous test, 210 57-week-aged laying hens were randomly divided into 7 groups. 6 prescriptions ibrmed with prescription of astragalus and angelica respectively at the dosage of 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% were added into the diets of the animals from group Ⅰ to group Ⅵ. The last grou'Ⅶ ,as of control,were fed with the diet without medicines. The add- ed medicine period was 15 days. The performance indexs were measured every day. At 8, 15, 22, 30 days of test, two eggs of each group per replieation were collected to measure the egg quality. The re- suits indicated that the laying rate and the day-egg weight in group Ⅲ were higher than that of group (P〈0.05). No significant difference in other groups and indexs were observed among the treatments (P〉0.05). It is concluded that the effects on production performance and egg quality of aged laying hens of adding single herb to a normal diet was not better than adding Dangguibuxuesan.
