摘要 在全球化时代,关注艺术专业双语教师在高等教育国际化中的核心地位是重要的发展战略,需要为之准备周全细致、精心设计的教师的考核标准。特别对于艺术教师来说,其胜任力如何直接关系到艺术文化的沉淀以及文化交流的实现与否。本研究以构艺术专业学生的正向心理资本为基础,探讨艺术教师的双语教学态度以及双语教学途径构建艺术教师的胜任力。 In the context of globalization, focused attention to the key role played by bilingual teachers from art schools has been attached great strategic importance as higher education is experiencing an unprece- dented level of internationalization. In need is a set of teaching assessment criteria, comprehensive, detailed and carefully designed, for art teachers, since their competence determines the transmission of art culture as well as the realization of the exchange of this culture. On the basis of the construction of the positive psycho- logical capital in art students, this study focuses on the development of the competence of art teachers in terms of their bilingual teaching attitudes and approaches.
