Taking Community as the Base: A Path for Rights-offering to Migrant Workers' Integration Into Cities

农民工城市融入面临诸多困境,其实质是农民工权利缺乏。实现农民工赋权是解决农民工城市融入困境、服务社会建设大局的关键之举。社区为本的社会工作为农民工赋权建构了一个动态的、立体化的实现路径。借助全方位、多维度的服务体系,以农民工能力建设为核心目标,着力实现人性解放、社会发展,从三个角度建构出一套可行的农民工城市融入的赋权路径。

Migrant workers have many difficulties to integrate themselves into cities, of which the essence is that they are not given enough rights. To offer them proper rights is the key measure to overcome the difficulties and promote social construction. The social work of taking community as the base proves a dynamic and cubic path to offer migrant workers rights, which should be constructed from three angles, such as building all-round and multi-dimensional service system, promoting migrant workers＇ abilities, and realizing liberation of their human na- ture and social development.
