透层材料性能研究

摘要 采用煤油稀释沥青、乳化沥青和改性乳化沥青三种主要透层材料和水泥稳定碎石基层与二灰稳定碎石基层两种主要半刚性基层对透层性能进行研究,通过量测透层材料在基层内部的渗透深度研究不同稀释率、不同材料和基层类型以及水泥稳定碎石基层养生龄期对透层材料渗透性能的影响。并通过剪切试验得到不同喷洒用量下基面层间的抗剪强度,确定透层材料的最佳喷洒用量。 This paper uses three kinds of prime coat materials, which are kerosene cutback asphalt, emulsified asphalt and modified emulsified asphalt, and two kinds of semi-rigid base, which are cement stabilized macadam base and lime-fly ash stabilized bound macadam to study the performance of prime coat. By measuring the penetration depth of material inside the road base, it studies the effect on pene- tration performances by different dilution rate, different materials and base type, and the health preser- vation days of the cement stabilized macadam base. Through shearing test, it obtains the shear strength between the base and the surface under different dosage of spraying and determines the best dosage.
