Improving Project Contract Management Based on Collaborative Mechanism

鉴于合同对项目管理工作的重要性,针对目前合同管理中存在的种种问题,从实际应用角度出发,探讨了基于协同机制的合同各方的关系,并提出完善工程项目合同管理的建议和对策。

In view of the importance and problems of project contract management, this paper discuss- es the relationship between the parties to the contract based on collaborative mechanism from the prac- tical point of view, and puts forward some recommendations and countermeasures for improving project contract management.
