摘要
结合我国现有的公路项目建设管理模式的利与弊,就公路项目管理模式"代建制"的出台背景、实施意义、必要性和特点进行详细阐述,并对代建制的实施前景做出重点分析,以有利于公路项目建设。
Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of construction management mode of high- way project in China, the paper expounds background, significance, necessity and characteristics of a- gent construction system, makes the focus analysis on the implementation prospect of agent construction system, in order to facilitate the construction of highway project.
