60例慢性心力衰竭患者的护理干预及生活质量评价

Nursing intervention and the evaluation on living quality in patients with chronic heart failure

目的观察护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例慢性心力衰竭住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用慢性心力衰竭的常规治疗及护理程序;治疗组在此基础上给予健康指导、心理护理、饮食及药物指导、出院指导等系统的护理干预措施。分别于干预前后观察记录患者SF-36生命质量量表积分情况。结果两组患者护理前后SF-36量表积分比较,治疗后积分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统的护理干预措施可以明显提高慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods Sixty CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group, with thirty cases in each. The conventional treatment and nursing program were applied to the patients in control group, while the conventional treatment and systemic nursing programs such as health guidance, mental nursing, food and drug guid- ance and discharging guidance were applied to the patients in treatment group. SF-36 was used to evaluate the living qual- ity of the two groups before and after three weeks. Results Both groups could increase the score of MOS SF-36（P〈 0.01）, and the treatment group was prior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systemic nursing can significantly improve quality of life in patients with CHF.
