我国国家基本药物制度研究现状文献分析

Literature Analysis of the Research of National Essential Medicine System in China

目的:了解我国国家基本药物制度研究的基本情况和热点,为今后国家基本药物理论研究提供参考。方法:以1995-2012年间中国期刊全文数据库收录的研究我国国家基本药物制度的文献为数据源,采用文献计量学方法中的h指数法和关键词分析法对相关文献数量分布及被引频次、发表期刊、作者、科研机构、关键词等方面进行统计分析。结果:检索到有关国家基本药物制度研究的相关文献1 486篇,其主要发表在15种期刊上,并得到排名前10位的作者和科研机构以及8个高词频关键词。结论:目前有关基本药物制度的研究集中在合理用药、经济学评价等多个方面,建议今后加强实证研究,探索国家基本药物制度实施后产生的社会和经济效益。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the situation and hot points of national essential medicine system in China, and to provide reference for further study of national essential medicine theory. METHODS： Using literatures about the study of national essential medicine system as data source during 1995--2012, the distribution of journals, cited frequency, key words, authors and institutions of national essential medicine system were analyzed by h index and key words analysis of bibliometrical method. RESULTS： There were 1 486 literatures related to national essential medicine system which mostly distributed in 15 journals; top 10 authors and institutions and 8 high frequency keywords were listed. CONCLUSIONS： The research of national essential medicine system focuses on the aspect of rational drug use, economics evaluation and so on. It is suggested to strengthen empirical study and explore the social and economic benefit of the implementation of national essential medicine system.
