摘要
目的:建立测定健脑补肾丸中人参皂苷Rg1和Re含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为203 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样量为10μl。结果:人参皂苷Rg1和Re进样量分别在0.903~6.02、0.618~4.12μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6、0.999 7);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤1.3%;人参皂苷Rg1和Re的平均加样回收率分别为98.3%(RSD=1.63%,n=6)和98.1%(RSD=1.27%,n=6)。结论:该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确,可用于健脑补肾丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rgl and ginsenoside Re in Jiannao bushen pills. METHODS: HPLC method was employed. The chromatographic column was Agilent C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 203 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS: The linear range were 0.903-6.02 μg for ginsenoside Rg1 (r=0.999 6) and 0.618-4.12 μg for ginsenoside Re (r=0.999 7) ; RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 1.3%. The average recoveries of ginsenoside Rgl and ginsenoside Re were 98.3% (RSD=1.63%, n=6) and 98.1% (RSD=1.27%, n=6). CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of Jiannao bushen pills.
