摘要
目的探讨月嫂培训模式,为打造高质量的月嫂队伍提供新思路,新方法。方法由荆州市总工会与荆州市妇幼保健院联合举办月嫂培训班。结果从2010年5月—2013年9月,举办培训班22期,培训人次1732人,取得技能资格1587人,其中高级449人,中级938人,有1120人被推荐到不同城市走上了就业岗位,从事月嫂工作。2012年4月5日,荆州市总工会组织128名月嫂进京参加劳务对接洽谈会,108人成功签约。雇主满意度达95%,在湖北省育婴师技能大赛中,有6人参加比赛,5人获得奖得了奖项,在全国育婴师技能大赛中一人荣获第二名,一人获第三名好成绩好成绩。结论总工会与妇幼保健院联合举办月嫂培训班是一种值得推广的模式。
Objective To investigate the Yuesao training mode, and provides a new idea for creating high quality gold team, new method. Methods By the Federation of trade unions of Jingzhou city and Jingzhou Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital hosted Yuesao training class.Results From 2010 May to 2013 September, organized 22 training courses, training 1732 people, ob- tain qualifications 1587 people, including 449 senior, intermediate 938 people, 1120 people have been recommended to different city on jobs, engaged in our work. In April 5, 2012, 128 month sister-in-law Jingzhou general labor union organization in Beijing to participate in the labor docking fair, 108 people successfully signed. Employer satisfaction was 95%, in Hubei province nursery teacher skills contest, 6 people participate in the competition, 5 people received awards won awards, in the nursery teacher skills contest a man won the second place, one person won third good results good results. Conclusion The Federation of trade unions and maternal and child health hospital jointly organized Yuesao training class is a recommendable mode.
