摘要
故障树分析法是一种有效的可靠性分析方法,尤其在处理大型复杂系统时。对大型系统的分析常需借助计算机辅助来实现,而现有故障树分析软件在处理大型系统时在运算速度方面存在不足。利用VC++与MATLAB软件的各自编程优势,提出利用VC++与MATLAB混合编程技术研发故障树分析软件以提高运算速度,重点探讨了在MATLAB环境下故障树的定性、定量分析的算法及实现。并就立式剪切机送料系统中存在的送料不到位事故这一实例进行分析,求出了全部17个最小割集,证明该方法可行。
P-TA is an effective method, especially on dealing with large, complex systems. Need the assistant of the computer to analyze the large-scale systems,but in computing speed many fault tree analysis software cannot meet the needs of people. Based on the advanta- ges of VC++ and MATLAB in software programming, develop a new fault tree analysis software, using the hybrid program of the VC++ and MATLAB, to improve the computing speed. Mainly study the algorithm and achievement through qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree in MATLAB environment. Then analyze an example of the vertical shears feeding system when feeding is not in place, work out all the 17 types minimal cut-sets,and prove the feasibility of the method.
