我国各省高技术产业技术创新效率研究——基于S-SBM超效率模型

Research on Technological Innovation Efficiency of the Provinces of Our Country High-tech Industries——Based on super efficiency of S-SBM

基于超效率S-SBM模型对我国29个省的高技术产技术创新效率进行了分析,并与传统的DEA模型BCC、SBM模型得出的结果进行对比。结果显示,超效率S-SBM模型很好的解决了未考虑松弛变量及无法区分有效决策单元的情况,最终能为决策者做出最佳决策提供更准确地效率值。

Based on super efficiency of S-SBM model of 29 provinces in China to produce high technology innovation efficiency is analyzed, and compared with the traditional DEA model BCC, SBM model results were compared. The results show that the super efficiency of S-SBM model well solved not considering slack variables and unable to distinguish effective decision making units, finally it can offer more accurate efficiency for decision makers to make the best decisions.
