摘要
区域文化产业人才需求主要受当地经济文化发展现状和教育水平等因素影响。本文采用多元线形回归预测法选取云南省楚雄州统计年鉴的历史数据,为解释变量构建子模型,建立人才需求预测主模型,预测了2014年和2015年的楚雄州文化产业人才需求。
The demand of talents for regional culture industry is mainly affected by regional status of economic development and level of education. After selecting properinterpretive variables, forecasting model of talents requirement could be built. The author build 8 submodel based on history data in the statistical yearbook of Chuxiong, Yunnan province. Then the forecasting models for Chuxiong of 2014 and 2015 are built, which are a- ble to predict future demand of talents for regional culture industry.
