摘要
目的:探讨TCD检测头晕患者的脑血流动力学变化,为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。方法:262例头晕患者,应用TCD探测双侧MCA、ACA、VA及BA。结果:262例中,142例(54.20%)血流速度增快,70例(26.72%)血流速度减低,50例(19.08%)血流速度正常,血流速度异常主要表现在椎基底动脉系统,男女比较差异有统计学意义(字2=62.7500,P<0.05)。结论:头晕患者的脑血流动力学改变主要为椎基底动脉血流速度增快(女性)或减低(男性),部分患者伴有前循环动脉血流速度增高或减低。
Objective:To study the change of cerebral hemodynamics of patients with dizziness by TCD and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and therapy. Method:262 patients with dizziness were tested bilateral middle cerebral artery(MCA)、(anterior cerebral artery)ACA、vertebral artery(VA)and basilar artery(BA)by TCD. Result:Among 262 patients with dizziness,the blood flow velocities in 142 cases(54.20%)were increased and were reduced in 70 cases(26.72%)and were normal in 50 cases(19.08%). The abnormal blood flow velocities were mainly located in basilar artery system,with significant difference in sex(X2=62.7500,P〈0.05). Conclusion:The change of cerebral hemodynamics of patients with dizziness mainly demonstrate high speed of blood flow(in female)or low one(in male)in vertebra basilar artery system,and some accompany with increase and reduction of the velocity of blood flow of anterior circulation arterial.
