超声刀在350例开放甲状腺手术中的应用价值分析

Application of Value Analysis of Using Ultrasonic Scalpel in 350 Patients with Open Thyroid Surgery

目的:探讨超声刀在开放甲状腺手术中的临床应用价值分析。方法:选取2011年5月-2013年5月本科收治的经手术治疗的700例甲状腺患者的临床资料,对其进行统计分析。并按随机数字表法分为超声刀组和传统组,每组350例,超声刀组采用超声刀进行手术,传统组采用传统开放手术,比较两组患者术中和术后的情况。结果:超声刀组的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度及术后引流量均少于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且术后并发症未增加。结论:超声刀用于开放甲状腺手术较传统手术有许多优点,如手术时间短,手术出血少,安全性能好,在临床上值得广泛推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical application value of ultrasonic scalpel using in the open thyroid operation. Method： The clinical data of 700 patients with thyroid by operation treatment in our department from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected and analyzed, and divided into ultrasound group and traditional group according to random number table method, 350 cases in each group, the ultrasound group used ultrasound knife operation, the traditional group used the traditional open operation, the operation and postoperative situation of two groups were compared. Result： The operation time, blood loss, length of incision, the mean postoperative drainage in the ultrasound knife group were less than those in the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and did not increase the postoperative complications. Conclusion： Ultrasound knife used in open thyroid operation has many advantages, such as shorter operation time, less bleeding operation, good safety performance, it is widely applied in clinical practice.
