摘要
[目的]比较不同检疫处理方法对常州地区拟出口花木介质土中真菌的处理效果。[方法]以常州嘉泽镇花木种植基地的介质土为材料,对样本中的真菌种群进行分离、鉴定和分析,并研究热处理、微波辐射、熏蒸处理3种不同检疫处理方法对土壤微生物的抑制效果。[结果]从该地区的花木土壤中分离、纯化和鉴定到包括青霉属(Penicillium)等的17属58种真菌;60、80、100℃的热处理能较好地杀死或灭活介质土中的微生物;微波处理和熏蒸处理对土壤微生物有明显抑制效果。[结论]利用较高温度处理土壤(100℃)、长时间的微波辐射和密闭熏蒸是较好的土壤处理方法。
[ Objective] The aim was to compare different quarantine treatment methods for fungus in soil medium of exported flowers and trees in Chaagzhou. [ Method] Fungal succession in soil medium of exported flowers and trees in Changzhou was isolated, identified and analyzed, furthermore the inhibitions of three kinds of different quarantine treatment methods like heat-treatment, micro-treatment and fumigation-treatment to fungus in soil medium were studied. [ Result] There were 17 categories and 58 species of fungus founded in the process of separation, purification and identification. Microorganism living in soil samples could be eliminated vastly with the heat-treatment at the centigrade of 60, 80 and 100 ~C. The performances of micro-treatment and fumigation-treatment against microorganism in soil samples were significant. [ Conclusion] Higher-tem- perature ( 100 ℃ ) heat-treatment, longer micro-treatment and closed fumigation-treatment are better soil treatment methods.
