综合护理技术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床应用研究

Clinical Research of the Comprehensive Nursing Techniques in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察综合护理技术在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用疗效。方法:选取2012年1-6月本院门诊及部分住院的88例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为试验组,选取2011年1-6月本院门诊及部分住院的86例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为对照组,对照组给予口服非甾体药物、高分子透明质酸钠关节腔注射和常规护理。试验组在常规护理的基础上给予TDP灯照射、中医护理技术、骨外洗剂熏洗、热敷等综合护理技术。比较两组患者的临床疗效及患者满意率。结果:试验组临床疗效总有效率为96.6%,明显高于对照组的84.9%;且试验组的患者对临床疗效的满意率为97.7%,明显高于对照组的87.2%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中应用综合护理技术能有效缓解症状,改善膝关节功能,延缓进程,提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe application effect of the comprehensive nursing techniques in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method： 88 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the experimental group in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2012, 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the control group in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2011, the control group was given oral non steroidal drug, polymer sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection and routine nursing care, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing care, such as TDP light irradiation, TCM nursing, bone lotion fumigating and washing, hot compress.The clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result： The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group ,＊-as 96.6%, it was significantly higher than 84.9% of the control group, and patient satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.7%, it was significantly higher than 87.2% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）.Condusion： The comprehensive nursing interventions in treating osteoarthritis can relieve symptoms effectively, improve the function of knee joint, delay the process and improve the life quality.
