腹腔镜下肾肿瘤切除术的围手术期临床护理探析

The Analysis of the Specific Perioperative Nursing for Laparoscope Resection of Kidney Neoplasms

目的:探究腹腔镜下肾肿瘤切除术围手术期的护理方法。方法:选取本院2011年12月-2012年12月收治的70例腹腔镜下肾肿瘤切除患者进行术前护理和术后护理,并观察护理效果。结果:70例肾肿瘤切除患者中,显效48例,有效19例,无效3例。结论:通过对腹腔镜下肿瘤切除患者进行术前和术后的全面护理,提高了患者的手术治愈率,减少了并发症,得到了有效的护理效果。

Objective： To analyze the specific perioperative nursing for laparoscope resection of kidney neoplasms. Method ： 70 patients who received specific nursing before and after laparoscope resection of kidney neoplasms were observed during December 2011 to December 2012. Result： Among the 70 patients received the specific nursing, 48 patients showed excellent effect, 19 patients were valid and 3 patients were invalid. Conclusion： The pefioperative specific nursing for laparoscope resection of kidney neoplasms improves the prognosis and reduce complications.
