通过对现代人追求绿色建筑的需求及绿色建筑的涵义进行了分析,从绿色建筑的评价标准及其特点方面进行了论述,提出了当前要实现绿色建筑急需解决的问题,旨在促进绿色建筑的发展。

Through analyzing the demands of people on green building and the connotation, the evaluation standard and characteristics of green building were elaborated. The problems need to be resolved in realizing green building were put forward, so as to promote the develop- ment of green building.
