The Cause and Countermeasure of Massive Hemorrhage in Average Chest Surgery

目的:探讨普通胸外科手术大出血的原因及临床对策。方法:选取本院2009年1月-2010年12月的26例行普通胸外科手术大出血的患者为观察研究对象,结合病情与手术实际分析临床大出血的原因,提出临床对策,进行总结。结果:26例普通胸外科手术大出血的原因主要为医源性、疾病本身和其他原因三大方面。进行针对性的干预处置措施后,26例患者脱险,手术继续顺利成功进行,无死亡病例。术后1例发生再次胸腔出血,全组随访半年,均恢复良好。结论:普通胸外科手术大出血病情紧急,需针对性地根据原因提出临床对策,进行综合性全方位的防范,可以最大程度地挽救患者生命,防止手术大出血的发生,利于手术顺利进行,具有积极的临床价值。

Objective： To explore the cause and the clinical countermeasure of the massive hemorrhage in the average chest surgery. Method： Twenty-six patients with massive hemorrhage in the average chest surgery were chosen from January 2009 to December 2010 in the hospital as the object of the study, analyzing the clinical massive hemorrhage cause union state of illness and operation reality, and bring forward the clinical countermeasure and carrying out a summary. Result： The cause of 26 case of massive hemorrhage in regular average chests surgery were three big aspect mainly of iatrogenic matter, the disease itself and others. The 26 patients were out of danger after targeted interfering measures, operation successfully continued and no cases death. One case occurred postoperative chest bleeding again, and all cases were follow-up for the half a year, and all cases recovered well. Conclusion： Massive hemorrhage in average chest surgery has condition of emergency, the specific clinical countermeasures should be proposed according to the reason, giving comprehensive prevention, can saving the patients life to a great extent, preventing surgical bleeding, helping operation smooth, having positive clinical value.
