摘要 [目的]分析比较绿茶加工中不同热源杀青机械的能耗和热效率。[方法]对四川省茶叶生产企业杀青工序中使用的燃气式和燃煤式滚筒连续杀青机在实际生产中的燃料消耗进行测定、计算、分析。[结果]试验得出,热源为天然气的6CST-70型滚筒连续杀青机和热源为烟煤的6CST-60型滚筒连续杀青机对1 kg单芽鲜叶进行杀青工序需要消耗的热量及热效率分别为4 615.92 kJ、23.35%和6 732.80 kJ、16.01%。在扁形芽茶杀青工序中,不同热源杀青机械的热能利用率不同,使用热源为天然气的6CST-70型滚筒连续杀青机的热效率优于使用热源为烟煤的6CST-60型滚筒连续杀青机的热效率。[结论]研究可为茶叶机械设备生产企业降低杀青机械能耗并提高效率提供参考依据。 [ Objective ] To compare and analyze the energy consumption and thermal efficiency of different heat sources de-enzyming machine in green tea processing. [ Method] Calculation, analysis, determination were conducted on gas or coal-fired drum type continuous de-enzyming machine of tea production enterprises in Sichuan Province. [ Result] Heat source for natural gas 6CST-70 drum type continuous de-enzyming machine for l kg tea bud were de-enzyme process need to consume 4 615.92 kJ calories, thermal efficiency of 23.35% ; bituminous coal heat source for the 6CST-60 drum type continuous deenzyming machine for lkg tea bud were de-enzyme process need to consume 6 732.80 kJ calories, thermal efficiency of 16.01%. In the fiat tea de-enzyming processing, thermal utilization efficiency of different type continuous de-enzyming machine is various. The thermal efficiency is the 6CST-70 drum type continuous de-enzyming machine higher than the 6CST-60 drum type continuous de-enzyming machine. [ Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for reducing energy consumption and improving ef- ficiency of de-enzyming machine in tea equipment production enterprises.
