摘要 采用低温液固相法合成K2Ti6O13,通过XRD、EDX和UV-Vis等对合成样品的结构、组成和光学性质进行了测试分析;分别以水中甲基橙、亚甲基蓝和Cr(VI)为模型污染物,250 W汞灯为光源,考察了合成样品的光催化性能。结果表明:所合成样品是带隙值为3.47 eV的单斜相K2Ti6O13;光照140 min时K2Ti6O13对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的降解率均为100%,对Cr(VI)的还原率为51.3%,进一步阐述了光催化反应机理。 K2Ti6O1 powder was synthesized by a low temperature liquid-solid phase reaction method. The phase, composition and optical properties was charactered by XRD, EDX and UV-Vis. The photocatalytic properties of the as-synthesized KzTi6O13 was evaluated by degradating methyl orange or methylene blue in deionized water and reduction of aqueous Cr(VI) under 250 W Hg lamp irradiation. The characterization results revealed the successful preparation of monoclinic phase K2Ti6O13 crystallites. UV vis diffuse reflectance spectrum disclosed that the assynthesized K2Ti6O13 had a direct optical band gap of about 3.47 eV. It was found that K2Ti6O13 could catalyze degradation of methyl orange or methylene blue solution about 100% and reduction of aqueous Cr(VI) about 51.3% after 140 minutes of illumination. Besides, the reasons for the photocatalytic results were discussed.
