摘要
参照中国古代越窑透明青瓷釉的化学组成范围,确定基础釉配方。以氧化铁为着色剂,SiC为还原剂,通过自还原的方法制备了呈色可控的透明青瓷釉。利用分光光度计测定了青瓷釉样品在可见光范围内的吸收光谱,分析了釉反射光谱主波长λd、Fe2+特征吸收峰强度以及还原剂加入量之间的相互关系以及,青瓷釉呈色的变化规律,初步实现了可控呈色青瓷釉的制备。
In this study, the composition of the parent glaze was determined by refering to the chemical composition of Yue celadon glaze.The transparent celadon glaze was prepared by the mothod of self-destruction with Iron oxide as coloring agent, SiC as reducing agent. Reflection and absorption spectras of the Samples were determined by Spectrophotometer. The relationship between the main wavelength λ d, Peak intensity of Fe^2+ and the amount of reducing agent was studied. The coloration mechanism of the transparent celadon glaze was deeply discussed
