摘要
目的 探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的临床特点,提高对该病的诊断与治疗水平.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年1月7例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤患者的临床资料,总结其诊断和治疗经验.结果 7例患者经后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除,术后病理检查均证实为肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤,术后随访0.5 ～3年,无肿瘤复发.结论 后腹腔镜手术创伤小,疗效满意,是治疗该病有效且安全的方法,值得临床推广.
Objectives To investigate the clinical characteristics of adrenal myelolipoma,and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods The clinical data of 7 cases of the patients with adrenal myelolipoma were analyzed retrospectively and the literature were reviewed.Results 7 cases received retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy.Postoperative pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma in all cases.No evidence of recurrence was found within a follow-up of 6 months to 3 years.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery is safe and effective for adrenal myelolipoma,and worth clinical promotion because of its minimal invasive and quick recovery.
