非淋球菌性尿道炎患者支原体属与衣原体属的感染状况及耐药分析 被引量:3

Status quo and resistance analysis of mycoplasma and chlamydia infection in nongoncoccal urethritis

摘要 目的 了解本地区非淋球菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者支原体属、衣原体属感染状况及支原体药物敏感情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据,以利诊断和治疗.方法 采用培养法进行支原体属鉴定、半定量计数和药敏试验;胶体金法检测衣原体.结果 546例非淋球菌性尿道炎患者共检出支原体阳性307例,总检出率为56.2%(307/546),其中解脲脲原体(Uu)感染264例(48.4%),人型支原体(Mh)感染19例(3.5%),混合支原体感染(Mh+ Uu)24例(4.4%),同时检测沙眼衣原体(Ct)共检出146例,检出率为26.7%,支原体属总耐药趋势显示,对强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素有较高的抗菌活性,总敏感率分别为89.3% (274/307)、83.4%(256/307)、75.9%(233/307).结论 本地区NGU患者病原体多由支原体感染导致,支原体属以Uu感染为主,Mh以Mh+ Uu混合感染模式存在,且对喹诺酮类和红霉素类药物产生严重的耐药性,临床采用强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素药物可有效治疗NGU. Objectives To Statusquo of mycoplasma and chlamydia infection in nongoncoccal urethritis,provide a scientific basis for clinical rational use of drugs,favor of diagnosis and treatment.Methods Myeoliasma cultivation was used to the identityication,semiquantit ative assessment and susceptibility test.Results Among the 546 sampies partients with NGU,307cases were mycoplasma positive56.2%,Among them,264cases were mycoplasma urealytium (Uu) positive (48.4 %),19 cases were mycoplasma hominis (Mh) positive (3.5 %) and 24 cases were both Uuand Mh positive(4.4%).546 samples were tested for chlamvdia trachomatis,while 146 among them were proved positive(26.7%).mvcoplasma and chlamvilia mixed mfection 10.3% (56 株).the drug sensitivity test showed myeoplasma to doxycycline,minocycline and josamyein were higher.The rates of drug sensitivity is 89.3% (274/307) 、83.4% (256/307) 、75.9% (233/307).Conclusions The patients with NGU are ahnost infected by myeoplasma in this area.Ureaplasma urealyticum is the mainly mycoplasma infection.Mh mostly exist in Mh + Uu mixed infection mode,The serious antibiotical resistance to quinolones and erythromycin has emergeed.Them doxycycline,minocycline and josamyein are theat them efficiently
