《花蕊夫人宫词》是现在所见最早且较为全面反映蜀地宫廷贵族生活的文学作品,它真实地再现了五代时期西蜀宫廷生活,其中描写宴饮等内容的篇章为了解蜀地饮食文化留下了宝贵资料,对于今日美食文化的发展也提供了有益的启示。
Poems of Lady Pistil, earliest known literary work depicting the life of nobility in Sichuan, provides a vivid record of the court life of Western Shu regime during the Five-Dynasty Period. Its descriptions of banquets are a precious reference for research of the culinary culture of Sichuan during that time of history.
