旅游企业员工需求层次与忠诚度关系研究

摘要 目前,我国旅游企业普遍存在着高素质、高学历人才短缺和普通员工流失率高的现象,如何提高员工的忠诚度,降低其流失率,是旅游企业管理者不得不思考的问题。本文以马斯洛需求理论、赫茨伯格的双因素理论为基础,将旅游企业的员工需求划分为基本生产与生活需求、尊重与归属需求、自我实现与发展需求三个层次,分析了这三个层次员工的忠诚度与其需求之间的关系,并就提高员工忠诚度提出相应对策。 The shortage of high-quality talents and the high staff turnover rate are very common in today's tourism enterprises in China. It's urgent for the managers of tourism enterprises to think about how to develop the loyalty of staff and how to retain employees. This paper is based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Herzberg's Two-Factor theory and divides the needs of staff into 3 hierarchies which include the needs of basic producing and living, the needs of respect and belonging, the needs of self-achievement and self-develop- ment. This paper will analysis the relationship between the loyalty of staff in the above three hierarchy and the needs of staff,and then bring out some suggestions for developing the loyalty of staff.
