科研团队的合理建设已经成为目前我国高校提高科研创新能力与科研创新成果的重要手段之一,但总体来说,我国高校科研团队在组建过程中存在诸多问题。文章以调研数据为基础,从解析科研团队建设中存在的问题出发,主要研究如何提高高校科研团队建设运行效益、科研创新能力,以及制定合理有效的团队评估方法。以期能够针对科研团队建设中存在的主要问题提出行之有效的解决方法与量化指标。

The construction of scientific research team has become one of the important means to improve the innovative capability of scientific research in colleges. However, there are still so many problems in process of construction. The mainly objects of study of this article, based up survey data, are how to improve the effi-ciency and innovative ability of the teams and make out the reasonable assessment standards to measure their research works. To the end, put forward the corresponding solutions.
