摘要
目的研究苋科青葙属植物鸡冠花的化学成分。方法对鸡冠花60%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取组份进行分离。采用大孔树脂对鸡冠花正丁醇提取部位进行初步分离,利用正相硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、重结晶法以及HPLC(制备型)法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为4-O-β—D-芹糖-(1—2)-13-D.葡萄糖-2-羟基-6-甲氧基苯乙酮(1),对羟基苯丙烯酸葡萄糖酯(2),紫丁香苷(3),丁香酚-O—B-芹糖-(1→6)-O-β-葡萄糖苷(4)、(1S,3S)-1-甲基-1,2,3,4-四氢化-13-咔啉-3-甲酸(5)、山柰酚-3-O—d-三-鼠里糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖.(1—也)-B—D-葡萄糖苷(6)、异鼠李素-3—0-(2-O—p—D-葡萄糖)-β-D-半乳糖-7—O—β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从鸡冠花中分离得到;化合物2-7为首次从该属植物中得到。
AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of Celosia cristata L. METHODS The constituents of n-butanol portion in 60% ethanol extract of C. cristata were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Structures were identified by their physicochemical characteristics and spectral features. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 4-O-β-D-apifuranosyl- (1→2) -β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-hydroxy-6-methoxy- aeetophenone (1), p-coumaric acid glucoside (2), syringin (3), eugenyl-O-13-apiofuranosyl- (1→6) -0-β-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), ( 1 S, 3 S) - 1 -methyl- 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro- β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid ( 5 ), kaempferol 3-O- oL-L-rhamnopyranosyl- ( 1 →6) -β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1--+2) -13-D-glucopyranoside (6), isorhamnetin 3-0- (2- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl) -13-D-galactopyranoside-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7). CONCLUSION Compound 1-7 are isolated from the plants of Celosia cristata L. for the first time. Compound 2-7 are isolated from Celosia genus for the first time.
