正交试验法优选白芍当归复方的提取工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of Extraction Process of Paeoniae Radix Angelica Compound by Orthogonal Design

摘要 通过正交试验设计优化白芍当归复方的提取工艺,以芍药苷、阿魏酸提取率和浸膏得率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、溶媒量和提取次数对工艺的影响,采用HPLC法测定指标性成分芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量。结果显示,最佳提取工艺为:用6倍量的70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次15 min,芍药苷和阿魏酸的提取率为12.99 mg/g(RSD 0.55%)和0.593 mg/g(RSD 2.83%),浸膏得率为42.85%(RSD 1.15%)。 The optimal extraction process of Paeoniae Radix Angelica compound was investigated by orthogonal test. The effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, solvent volume and extraction times on the process were studied with the extraction rate of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and extract yield as the indexes. The optimal extraction process was determined as follows: six volumes of 70% ethanol and reflux extracting 3 times with 15 minutes each time. Under the above conditions, the extraction rates of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid were 12.99 mg/g and 0.593 rag/g, with RSDs of 0.55 % and 2.83 %, and the extract yield was 42.85 %, with RSD of 1.15 %.
