不同比例乳糖和微晶纤维素预混辅料的粉体学性质对比研究 被引量:9

Micromeritic Comparative Study of Co-processed Excipients of Different Proportions of Lactose and Microcrystalline Cellulose

摘要 考察了由不同比例乳糖和微晶纤维素复配而成的预混辅料Disintequik MCC和Disintequik MCC 25的性能。从流动性和可压性的角度考察了两种预混辅料的休止角、卡氏指数、流速及抗张强度等指标。又测定了两者与不同药物混合后粉末的休止角及粉末直接压片后的抗张强度。结果表明,这两种预混辅料兼具良好的流动性和可压性,Disintequik MCC25的可压性略优于Disintequik MCC。两者均可改善药物的流动性和可压性,也可保证小剂量药物的含量均匀度。 The properties of two co-processed excipients composed of different ratios of lactose to microcrystalline cellulose, Disintequik MCC (D-MCC) and Disintequik MCC 25 (D-MCC 25), were investigated. From the aspects of the fluidity and compressibility, the angle of repose, Carr's index, flow velocity and tensile strength of D-MCC and D-MCC 25 were determined. The angle of repose of the mixed powder of co-processed excipients and different drugs and tensile strength of the tablets prepared by direct compression were also determined. The results showed that both D-MCC and D-MCC 25 had good fluidity and compressibility, and the compressibility of D-MCC 25 was slightly better than D-MCC. Both co-processed excipients could improve the fluidity and compressibility of drugs with poor fluidity and ensure the content uniformity of low-dose drugs in tablets.
