浅析现代图书馆电子图书采购方式的转变

On the Changes of Electronic Books Procurement Mode of Modern Library

随着信息技术的发展和电子资源的出现,图书馆资源建设的策略和重点也发生了转变:电子图书的迅速发展对图书馆的馆藏发展提出了新的要求,资源的收藏范围不断从纸质资源向数字资源转化,电子图书正在成为图书馆藏书的重要组成部分。本文通过分析网络化时代电子图书的需求特点,以及现有电子图书采购方式存在的问题,借鉴国外电子图书采购的先进理念,提出了转变电子图书采购方式所采取的对策。

With the development of information technology and the emergence of electronic resources, strategies and focus on the construction of li- brary resources have also changed. Rapid development of e-book put forward new requirements to collections development in the library. Resource col- lection scope has been transformed from paper to digital resources. E-book is becoming an important part of the library collection of books. In this pa- per, through the analysis of demand characteristics of electronic books in the Internet era, as well as the problems of the existing e-book procurement methods, learning from advanced idea of foreign e-book procurement, and puts forward the countermeasures of transformation of e-book procurement.
