企业科技创新团队冲突与绩效关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 以企业科技创新团队为研究对象,以认知冲突、情感冲突、过程冲突及团队与成员目标冲突为自变量,团队成员所采用的合作冲突管理行为和竞争冲突管理行为为调节变量,以团队绩效为因变量,通过运用实证分析方法,得出当团队成员采取竞争冲突管理行为时,与绩效呈正相关关系的冲突越显著,与绩效呈负相关关系的冲突也越显著;当团队采取合作冲突管理行为时,与绩效呈正相关关系的冲突越显著,与绩效呈负相关关系的冲突越不显著,从而为企业科技创新团队中存在的冲突提供一定的管理借鉴。 The paper conducts the enterprise technology innovation team to the research object, the team conflict of cogni- tive, emotion, process and the goal between team and member to independent variable, the competition and cooperation conflict management behavior to regulated variable, the team performance to dependent variable, by an empirical analysis method to draw the conclusion. When team members take competition conflict management behavior, the conflicts that are both positively and negatively related to performance are more significant. When team members take cooperation conflict management behavior, the conflicts that are positively related to performance are more significant and the conflicts that are negatively related to performance are less significant, so as to improve the team performance and provide certain reference for the enterprise technological innovation team.
