摘要
以西安市中小科技型企业为依托,利用282家企业数据,实证研究企业家人力资本特征与企业绩效的关系。与以往类似研究的不同在于:不仅关注企业家人力资本特征与企业绩效的关系,而且还考察人力资本特征与企业组织的匹配性对企业绩效的影响;还从财务和企业创新程度两方面对企业绩效的度量,克服以往研究中仅关注短期财务绩效的局限,不仅能结合长期绩效更为全面的度量企业绩效,也能更为准确反映创新型企业绩效的特征。
The paper does an empirical research on the relationship between entrepreneur human capital characteristics and enterprise performance based on 282 enterprises of small and medium - sized technological enterprises in Xi'an. Compared with the previous similar studies, the study concerns about not only the relationship between human capital characteristics and enterprise performance, but also the influence on enterprise performance by the matching degree of human capital char- acteristics and enterprise; In addition, the paper measures the enterprise performance in the view of innovation and the fi- nance, so that it can overcome the limitations of previous studies that only focus on short - term financial performance. This method combines with long- term performance, which not only measures enterprise performance more comprehensively but also reflects the features of innovative enterprise performance more accurately.
