摘要
以马克思主义哲学及唯物辩证法为理论基础,围绕科学发展观问题,论述在科学研究领域三方面因素对发展的影响。深入探讨我国科技发展中存在的一些现象,提出正确处理这些因素的辩证关系对于发展至关重要。
Based on the philosophy and Marxism dialectical materialism, around the scientific outlook on development, the paper discusses the problems in scientific research of three factors affecting the development of science and technology. It probes into some phenomena in the development of science and technology in our country , and puts forward that it is very important to develop these factors and the relationship between them.
