肺保护性通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的进展 被引量:26

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)概念的提出源于1967年Ashbough等对12例急性呼吸衰竭患者临床资料的研究,2012年柏林会议去除急性肺损伤(ALI)概念,将其分为轻、中、重3期[1].尸检证实,重度ARDS患者普遍存在弥漫性肺泡损伤[2],是临床常见的危重症之一,病死率高达30%[3].机械通气是治疗ARDS的有效方法,只要治疗时机及时,通气策略正确,可显著提高患者生存率,降低病死率.
