摘要
在碱性条件下,用混合糖代替甲醛与尿素反应合成了一种绿色环保型胶粘剂。以胶粘剂的粘接力为评价指标,利用响应面优化法,对胶粘剂的合成条件进行了优化,得出最佳工艺条件为催化剂的质量分数6.9%、反应温度79℃、反应时间6.02h、物料比n(混合糖)∶n(尿素)为5.02∶1。在上述优化条件下,理论上胶粘剂的最大粘接力为457.292N,实测的粘接力为456.49N。
An environmental friendly resin adhesive was prepared using mix sugar instead of formaldehyde under alkaline condition. The adhesive force was used as, an index to investigate and optimize reactive conditions by the response surface methodology (RSM). By analyzing and comparing the experimental result, the optimum conditions of the reaction process were gained: the catalyst amount is 6.9 %, the reaction temperature is 79 ℃, the reaction time is 6.09 h and the mole ratio of mix sugar and urea is 5.02: 1. Under these conditions, the theoretical adhesive force of the products is 457. 292N and the measured value is 456.49N.
