溴咖合剂对偏头痛模型小鼠大脑皮层神经递质含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察溴咖合剂对偏头痛模型小鼠大脑皮层神经递质含量的影响。方法:建立利血平化低5-羟色胺(5-HT)小鼠偏头痛模型,采用热板法检测小鼠痛阈值,玻片法测定凝血时间;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测5-HT和多巴胺(DA)的含量。结果:溴咖合剂可明显提高偏头痛小鼠痛阈值,延长凝血时间,增加小鼠大脑皮质中5-HT和DA的含量,作用强度与麦角胺咖啡因片相当。结论:溴咖合剂能改善偏头痛发作时大脑皮层神经递质活动失常,从而缓解偏头痛症状。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Xiuka mixture on neurotransmitter in cerebral cortex of model mice with migraine.METHODS Mice model with migraine caused by exhausting 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)with reserpine was built up,pain threshold in mice was evaluated using hot plate assay,clotting time was determined by slide method;The level of 5-HT and DA of mice was tested with Elisa assay.RESULTS Xiuka mixture could increase pain threshold and clotting time in mice,also could increase the content of 5-HT and DA in cerebral cortex of model mice with migraine.The effect of Xiuka mixture was similar to that of ergotamine caffeine tablet.CONCLUSION Xiuka mixture can improve cerebral cortex neurotrans-mitter activity disorders,thus easing the symptoms of migraine.
