新型镇静催眠药佐匹克隆对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响及意义

Significance and effect of the new type sedative hypnotics zopiclone on aspirin esterase in human plasma

目的:探讨新型镇静催眠药佐匹克隆(ZOP)对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响及临床意义。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定培养体系中阿司匹林(ASA)和水杨酸(SA)的浓度,以CSA/(CASA+CSA)代表阿司匹林酯酶的活性,比较对照组和实验组间阿司匹林酯酶活性变化,以此来评价ZOP对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响。结果:佐匹克隆对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响不大(P>0.05)。结论:佐匹克隆对人血浆阿司匹林活性无影响,这对于临床合理应用两药(ZOP和阿司匹林)具有一定的指导意义。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of the new type sedative hypnotics zopiclone on the aspirin esterase in human plasma and discuss its clinical significance METHODS Fist put 20μl of aspirin liquid and 50μl of phenacetin liquid into 200μl of blank plasma,then divided the liquid mixture into two same groups,added 20μl of zopiclone into the experimental group and added the same amount of menstruum into the control group.The activity of aspirin esterase was determined by RP-HPLC, The impact of zopiclone on aspirin esterase in human plasma was evaluated by comparing aspirin esterase activities between control group and experimental group.RESULTS The zopiclone could enhance the activity of aspirin esterase up to 10.81%,but there was no difference comparing with the control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The zopiclone has no significant effect on the activity of aspirin esterase.This research is advantageously used in guiding use of both drugs rationally in clinical trials.
