归芪补肾颗粒中挥发油提取工艺的优选

Optimization of the extraction conditions for volatile oil from Guiqibushen granule by orthogonal design

目的:优选归芪补肾颗粒剂中挥发油的提取工艺。方法:以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油的收得量为指标,按L9(34)正交试验法安排试验。结果:归芪补肾颗粒剂挥发油较佳的提取工艺为饮片加10倍量水,蒸馏时间8 h。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil form Guiqibushen granule.METHODS The vapor distillation condition of the volatile oil was optimized by L9（34）orthogonal design,using the volume of the volatile oil as target and the factors of the orthogonal design.RESULTS The optimized extract process of the volatile oil was TCM decoction piece being added into 10 times water and distilled for 8h by vapor.CONCLUSION The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
