摘要
目的 :探讨高血压病左室肥厚对预后的影响。方法 :比较左室肥厚组 (82例 )与对照组 (138例 )心脑血管事件性率的差异。结果 :左室肥厚组的心绞痛、无症状心肌缺血、心功能不全、心律失常、脑血管意外较对照组有显著差异 ,除心绞痛 P<0 .0 5外 ,余均 P<0 .0 1。结论 :左室肥厚是判断高血压病预后的指标 。
Objective:To explore the influence of left ventricle thickening(LVT) of hypertensive disease on prognosis.Methods:Incidence rates of cardio\|cerebral vessels were compared between LVT and control group.Results:Angina pectoris( P <0 05),symptomless myocardial ischemia,heart failure,cardiac arrhythmia,accident of cerebral vessels (all P <0 01) of LVT group were more than those in control group.Conclusion:Left ventricle thickening is index of prognosis for hypertensive disease,therapy of LVT must be carried out.
