脂蛋白(a)水平在冠心病及急性时相反应时的变化

Exchange of lipoprotein(a)level in patients with coronary heart disease and reaction of acute phase

目的 :阐明脂蛋白 (a) [L p (a) ]水平在冠心病及急性时相反应时变化的意义。方法 :应用散射比浊速率法测定 5 1例冠心病、 6 4例术后 (急性时相反应 )患者和 5 2例健康体检者的血清 L p (a)含量 ,并进行比较。结果 :血清 L p (a)含量 :正常对照组为 15 5 .6± 177.6 mg/ L;冠心病组为 2 35 .2± 15 9.4m g/ L,急性时相反应组为 2 31.1±177.6 mg/ L ;冠心病组、急性时相反应组的 L p (a)水平均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,但冠心病组、急性时相反应组两组间无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :L p(a)是一种急性时相反应蛋白 ,只有排除了急性时相反应的影响后 。

Objective:To clarify significance of exchange of lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]level in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and reaction of acute phase.Methods:Lp(a) was determined in 51 patients with CHD,64 patients after surgery(reaction of acute phase,RAP)and 52 cases of normal control by nephelometry of velocity.Results:Level of Lp(a) was 155 6±171 6 mg/L,235 2±159 4 mg/L,231 3±177 6 mg/L respective in control,CHD,RAP group.There were significant difference among control group with CHD and RAP group( P <0 01),but There was no significant difference between CHD and RAP group( P <0 05).Conclusion:Lipoprotein(a) is a reaction protein of acute phase.We may use it to evaluating CHD only after eliminate influence of reaction of acute phase.
