建设项目水资源论证取用水合理性分析——以中粮宁夏某葡萄酒及配套种植基地项目为例

Rationality analysis of water abstraction and utilization in water resources assessment——a case of wine and vineyard plantation in Ningxia

取用水合理分析是建设项目水资源论证的一项重要内容,是取水水源论证的基础。以中粮宁夏年产2万t葡萄酒及配套种植基地项目为例,就农业灌溉及葡萄酒生产项目水资源论证中,取用水所涉及的国家产业政策及地方规划、用水系统、用水指标、用水量等方面进行了分析,为项目区确定了合理的取用水量。

Rationality analysis of water abstraction and utilization is one of main contents and foundation for water resources assessment in project construction. Using 20,000 ton of vine production and vineyard of COFCO limited in Ningxia as an example, analysis is made on the aspects related to water resources assessment, such as national industry policies and local planning, water use system, water use index and quantity, in irrigated agriculture development and vine production project. It aims at determining the volume of water abstraction and utilization in a reasonable manner in the project areas.
