Inherent feature and construction standard of modernized irrigated agriculture in Zhengzhou

在分析河南省郑州市农田水利现状与面临形势的基础上,探讨了农田水利现代化的内涵特征;根据国内外农田水利现代化发展经验和建设实践以及国家颁布的相关技术规范,结合郑州市实际,提出了农田水利现代化建设标准与目标,为指导郑州市农田水利现代化建设提供了科学依据。

Inherent features of modernized irrigated agriculture are examined based on analysis of current situation and challenges. By referencing the experiences of modernized irrigated agriculture development both home and aboard, and in line with relevant technical norms and standard issued by the Chinese government and local condition, the standard and target of building modernized irrigated agriculture are worked out that can be used as guidance for the city development.
