摘要
为了在环境影响评价阶段较准确计算煤泥干燥系统产生的大气污染物。文章提出采用可行性研究报告或初步设计提供的中煤工业成分及发热量指标,进行干燥器热平衡计算,求出煤泥单位蒸发水量所需的烟气量,进而求得干燥耗煤量,不需要中煤成分,为煤泥干燥系统大气污染源的计算提供了一种简便、实用方法。
In order to accurately calculate the air pollutants occurred from the slime drying system at the environment influence evaluation stage, the paper proposed that the proximate compositions and the calorific value indexes of the middlings provided in the feasibility study report and the preliminary design could be applied to calculate the thermal balances of the dryer and to obtain the flue gas value required by the water evaporated value of the slime unit. Thus the coal consumption value of the drying could be obtained and the difficult obstacle could be passed over to have the composition of the middlings. All those could provide a simple, practical and accurate calculation method for the air pollution sources of the slime drying system. And the method could meet the requirements the environment influence evaluation approved and total value control of the pollutants.
