新型瓦斯抽采钻孔设备及下放筛管技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对突出松软煤层区域治理中暴露的本煤层钻孔钻进难、塌孔、抽采周期短、抽采浓度衰减快这一瓶颈问题,课题组研发了一套新型的钻进工艺及设备,并与河南煤层气开发与利用公司合作,在平煤十矿进行现场试验,通过与传统钻孔工艺对比,新型工艺具有成孔率高(成孔率可达100%)、筛管下放率高(可达98%以上)、操作方便快捷、节省成本、减小劳动强度等特点,提高了瓦斯的抽采浓度和抽采周期(浓度提高3~4倍,日平均抽采量提高8倍以上),实现了煤矿的安全生产,具有良好的经济效益。 According to the difficult borehole drilling, borehole collapsed, short gas drainage period, gas density rapid reduced problems occurred in the control of the soft seam region, the research program team developed a set of the new drilling technology and equipment and had a cooperation with Henan Coal Bed Methane Development and Utilization Corporation in a site trial in Pingmei No. 10 Mine. In comparison with the conventional drilling technology, the new drilling technology could have a high borehole completed rate (borehole completed rate reached at 100% ), a high screen pipe down putting rate (reached at over 98% ), a easy and fast operation, cost reduction, labor intensity reduced and other features and could improve the gas drainage density and the gas drainage period ( the gas density improved by 3 - 4 times and the daily average gas drainage value improved by over 8 times). The mine safety production was released with excellent economic benefit.
