摘要
通过对综采快速对接技术的理论分析,并结合顾桥矿1121(1)综采工作面的具体条件,提出了基准线的确定、支架方位控制、高程与输送机坡度控制等对接的有效方法,阐明了对接前的准备工作、工作面对接及设备对接的工艺流程,总结出了切实可行的综采对接技术,该项技术在顾桥矿的实施,不仅技术上可行,经济上合理,而且有效解决了矿井不规则形状区域开采的技术难题,缩短了对接时间,提高了资源回收率和经济效益。
With theoretical analysis on the rapid connection technology of the fully mechanized coal mining face, in combination with the certain conditions of No. 1121 (1) fully mechanized coal mining face in Guqiao Mine, the paper provided the base line determined, position control of the powered supports, high level and slope control of the conveyor and other connection effective method, stated the preparation work before the connection and the technical procedure of the mining face connection and equipment connection and summarized the practical and feasible connection technology of the fully mechanized coal mining. The verification on the connection space of the scraper conveyor showed that one successful connection of the coal mining face only required with 16 hours. The technology applied in Guqiao Mine was not only feasible in technology and rational in economy, but could effectively solve the mining technical problems of the irregular shape region in the mine, reduce the connection time, improve the resource recovery rate and economic benefit and could have certain reference significances to the underground mining and especially the reserves potential tapping in the mine with resources exhausted.
