摘要
液氮降温系统是煤矿行业近年来研究及应用的一种新技术,既具有降温作用又具有防灭火功能,为了解决黑金煤矿工作面的高温热害问题,在工作面采用了液氮降温系统,对系统类型、工艺流程、设备选用等进行介绍,并对设计和运行方面需要注意的问题进行分析和探讨,结果表明,将液氮降温系统应用到煤矿井下降温是完全可行的。
LN （liquid nitrogen） cooling system is a new technology recently studied and applied in coal mine, with the function cooling air and extinguishing. In order to solve the problem of heat disaster in the coal mining working face of Heijin coal mine, LN cooling system was applied, the system type, process flowsheet and equipment selection were introduced, and the attentive question for design and operation were analyzed and discussed. The running result shows that the application of LN cooling system is feasible.
